HCR’s 18 piece Weld-on doubler tab frame kit is constructed of super-thick 120 11 gauge steel. This weld-in tab kit reinforces the XP’s stock frame and helps re-locates the holes if you have had damage to certain areas of the suspension. CNC Laser-cut for fitment and accuracy, this strengthening kit is a must-have for all race applications.
A standard component of HCR’s stock replacement suspension kit for the XP 1000, their CNC laser-cut a-arms utilize chromoly mounting points, and the High Clearance Boxed Front A-Arm Design adds an additional 1.250 inches of ground clearance. Each a-arm is TIG-Welded by hand by expert suspension builders for strength. These a-arms all use the XP’s OEM ball joints, maximizing lowspeed steering ease, smooth suspension travel and impact absorption, all with decreased maintenance. The a-arms are Proudly Made in the U.S.A and are 100% Bolt-on, becauase they use all of the vehicle’s factory mounting points. The rear trailing arms increase the XP 1000’s wheelbase an inch for improved high speed stability and hill climbing.
