HCR Racing RZR XP 1000 Accessories

The Polaris RZR XP 1000 has changed the entire sport UTV world, and the aftermarket has had a field day with the opportunities that this exciting new model has presented. Companies like HCR Racing have made their bones building some of the highest quality racing suspensions and components available. Their RZR XP 1000 long travel kits and stock suspension kit have already proven themselves in racing and other intensive applications, and they have a full line of components that complement their suspensions. The following Polaris RZR parts for the XP 1000 are an excellent addition to any serious driver.

HCR’s 18 piece Weld-on doubler tab frame kit is constructed of super-thick 120 11 gauge steel. This weld-in tab kit reinforces the XP’s stock frame and helps re-locates the holes if you have had damage to certain areas of the suspension. CNC Laser-cut for fitment and accuracy, this strengthening kit is a must-have for all race applications.

A standard component of HCR’s stock replacement suspension kit for the XP 1000, their CNC laser-cut a-arms utilize chromoly mounting points, and the High Clearance Boxed Front A-Arm Design adds an additional 1.250 inches of ground clearance. Each a-arm is TIG-Welded by hand by expert suspension builders for strength. These a-arms all use the XP’s OEM ball joints, maximizing lowspeed steering ease, smooth suspension travel and impact absorption, all with decreased maintenance. The a-arms are Proudly Made in the U.S.A and are 100% Bolt-on, becauase they use all of the vehicle’s factory mounting points. The rear trailing arms increase the XP 1000’s wheelbase an inch for improved high speed stability and hill climbing. The a-arm’s larger front tube mounts measure 1.25” in diameter and are combined with Delrin bushings for a smoother ride and long life.
